Salary

The salaries for an Process Associate start from Rs.8,000/- to Rs.9,000/- per month. Process Associates are also eligible for incentives linked to their monthly volumes. Good Process Associates can earn above Rs. 13,000/- per month including incentives, after about four months in production.

Process Specialists draw an initial salary of Rs. 16,000/- per month. Take home salaries for good Process Specialists can be around Rs. 20,000/- per month, including incentives, after four months of experience as a Process Specialist.

Senior professionals draw anywhere upwards of Rs.30,000/- per month.



Training

Training for Medical Transcription includes American English, Medicine, transcription-related software, computer and internet skills etc. Training duration is for 2 months, six days a week, followed by two to four months of on-the-job training for practical orientation. Training expenses are borne by the company. TransDyne also provides stipends for eligible Trainee Associates and Specialists.
